Recommended dosage:
- Children (6-9 years): Take ½ teaspoon 3-4 times daily.
- Children & Adolescents (10-14 years): Take 1 teaspoon 3-4 times daily.
- Adolescents (15-18 years): Take 2 teaspoons 3-4 times daily.
